Our Feel-Good Wellbeing Service aims to improve a sense of wellbeing, reduce levels of anxiety and depression, and allow individuals to take control of their lives. The service is a low level intervention scheme to help promote a happy health mental wellbeing and lifestyle. It is a collaboration between Health Exchange, MyTime and the Living Well Consortium.
What does the service offer?
Individuals meet with a personal Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who offers:
- One-to-one support via telephone
- Group based therapy
- Wellbeing support in the community.
Our practitioners are sensitive to cultural and diverse needs of the communities in which they work.
Our emphasis is on the wellbeing of clients, rather than on illness or mental health problems.
